Easy and delicious dish that even amazes people who normally do not like gorgonzola. Less than ten ingredients are needed for this vegetarian recipe. The mushrooms round off the well-balanced dinner.
Today's quick evening treat after a long and tiring hike in the french outback: Gorgonzola pasta with mushrooms. Even people who normally don't like gorgonzola will love it!
Ingredients:
- 300 grams mascarpone gorgonzola
- 300 ml cream
- 500g mushrooms
- 2 little onions
- Vegetable broth
- A tablespoon nutmeg
- Butter
- Parsley
Preparation:
Melt the butter, cut the onion into small pieces and caramelize in the butter. Add the gorgonzola over a low heat and melt, stir in the cream and add a tablespoon of vegetable stock. Boil down until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cut the mushrooms and fry them in salted butter until they are golden brown. Season to taste and add parsley.
